Mini Methwold
In Mini Methwold, we have two rooms that can be used together or by themselves. Let your children explore and play in the role play room, or enjoy a party in the Enchanted Forest.

In Mini Methwold we have spaces dedicated to a shop, kitchen and cafe, doctors, hairdressers, Post Office and even a fire station all to be explored.

An enclosed outside area provides space for outdoor play, with a playhouse and more role play opportunities.

Role play is essential in children's learning and development, so with this in mind Mini Methwold has been designed to promote little people’s social development, encourage friendships, sharing, listening and most importantly to have fun.
Mini Methwold Role Play Room
Children love playing in our mini village.
They go shopping in the mini market, dress up as firefighters to drive the fire engine and ring the bell or post parcels in the Post Office.

The cafe is always popular, with a delicious looking selection of cakes and biscuits (sadly only wooden though).
​
Please note real food is NOT permitted in Mini Methwold in order to maintain hygiene and minimise the cleaning which is undertaken by volunteers.

The Enchanted Forest Party Room
The Childrens' Party Room (called the Enchanted Forest because fairies live there too) is an attractively presented space for parties for children up to 6 years old.

It is beautifully decorated and equipped with suitable sized tables and chairs for this age group.
There is a small serving area with facilities for making drinks and washing up.
​
